A seatlock is bullsht. If I wanted to fly different aircraft at Delta, I'd be better off quitting Delta ( as 900 pilot), going somewhere else for a few months and then getting hired back as a "mainline" pilot.
The only way forward, if they want to retain the current model, is a DL seniority number and more money.
