Why do you only give your pilots 8 days off a month? [we are cheap and they take it and think its ok to not see their families]
Why do you have tons of standup overnights in your system? [we dont care about crew]
Why do you have a training contract, what if I want to quit, I probably can't afford it? [so you're stuck working for one of the worse companies in the US]
Does your airline have the best mx around? [no we routinely operate with 4+ MELs per jet]
Why are you being sued twice in Hawaii? [because we lie, and cheat- that's the unethical mesa way]
Do employees enjoy working for JO? [no, Mesa has one of the worst corporate cultures in the industry]
Will going to work for Mesa be good for the airline pilot profession? [no, we drag the industry down by undercutting pilots at other airlines that make more and are home with their families more than 8 days a month]
I think you've forgotten where you started your regional airline career. Either that, or you just forgot to ask the important questions at the interview.
