Add….those who wait 9 months for a sim fpt schedule. Many don’t return, that will only increase with the aawo pay as it is now which includes the bonuses.
Add…..We lose 30 to 50 pilots per month(< can someone chime in here). It takes 9 months to produce a ioe ready pilot. The ioe ready pilot on the Ejet is waiting several weeks for ioe.
