Passover pay was given away in the 2015 contract and there's a lot of 757 dudes that were hired in 2019, awarded 777 on 20-02 and still have yet to go to training, and probably won't for a while. They're making $162~$166/hr right now, while people hired into the airbus in the first half of 2021 are making $191/hr already. Our contract is kind of a joke in this regard.



Well, to be fair, there's super rapid seniority progression on the 'Bus and the MD as well, and very few people step on those guys' shoulders.
