With rsv starting at 0600 and the ability to decimate premium pay, the company will have every motivation to run the worst possible g-line with the maximum allowable number of reserves.

Every airline would like to just tell every pilot what they're going to do on a day-to-day basis (keep the whole pilot group on rsv). Inefficiencies (like a 1000 start) are the only things that motivate them to do otherwise.
