Senior? Kiss your premium pay goodbye!

This provision likely means pilots would actually spend less time on reserve. The second order effect of having some less premium pay opportunities for senior pilots is that senior pilots won’t pick up as many trips. Less trips covered per pilot means more pilots holding lines, less time on reserve for everyone, and while on reserve you can take advantage of this add pay.

Are you high?
With RSV starting at 0600 and the ability to decimate premium pay, the company will have every motivation to run the worst possible g-line with the maximum allowable number of reserves.
Every airline would like to just tell every pilot what they're going to do on a day-to-day basis (keep the whole pilot group on RSV). Inefficiencies (like a 1000 start) are the only things that motivate them to do otherwise.

Keep your add pay, and I will keep my nights at home.
The company already abuses reserves, now it will be even worse with more abuse. This TA moves us backwards, not forward. I am still in disbelief the union would vote to present us a concessionary contract.
If you think you are clear of having to be on reserve, then you know NOTHING about this job.
NO!
