Agreed. It’s like they sprinkle a little add pay on the worst parts of our current contract rather than fix the underlying issue.
Even worse is that we give up QOL issues (like 0500 show for a 6am departure on day 1 rsv) for some add pay here and there. Has the MEC and NC forgotten how hard it is to get back QOL protections? This TA puts an HR of add pay above actual QOL. SMH
