The company and more importantly the union seemed to have hit the trifecta of division amongst the pilot group. Global against basic, basic against global, and both against training. Now not only will this go down to a big no, we now have many splits in our brother/sisterhood. Good times.
It's 'interesting' that a lot of us see a 15.5% override for LCA work as an unfair/uneven give....while at the same time bemoaning any potential decrease in their ability to make 50%, 75%, 100%, or even 200% override (PP). I'm not commenting on the merits of the TA as much as I am our hypocritical, self defeating version of unionism. IMO we're f'd either way this goes.
