That means NO PAY and that should never have made it off the table.
In one of the videos Jeff Brown said that the company has no obligation to build separate flying/bunkie pairings under the current contract. He further stated that an IT limitation is the only reason they haven't put all FOs nto a single pairing...and that IT limitation has been solved. It was pretty clear that you can expect separate flying and bunkie pairings to go away without this TA.
