I'm a PI and a hard NO vote. This TA is concessionary garbage.

The "PUP" scope give is the camel's nose coming into the tent. All the TA says if not enough pilots "apply" they can hire retired pilots. What if they change the requirements to be a PI, ie "must have 20,000 hours in type to apply."???
