I get what your saying, but here is one, Capt swaps you, gets his 500 bucks. You never opted in, you go non current due to life event, you loose up to 60 days of pay. Would love to see this grievance play out. All the way around complete BS. Should never have been introduced. No different then having no flying seat bids and captain decides when he shows up. It is not hard to see that this is not a good thing.
