I voted no 5 seconds after it opened this morning. I hope that you do the same! This T/A can not pass, do not let yourself be bullied into a yes vote on this abomination!

The only gains are for TK Flight Instructors. LCA’s are getting massively hosed on this T/A, line pilots are getting massively hosed and especially reserves.

Pilots holding a line will be reassigned into oblivion with no safeguards, the crew desk will run wild. Reserves prepare to be further abused.

And LCA’s with the new override by the leg only instead of the trip you will be making less than before. Deadhead 4 hours to EWR do a line check to IAD and DH home, congrats, you’ve made an extra $57 USD for a two day trip!

Do you really want the headache and massive liability that comes with being an LCA for less pay than the pathetic override you’re making now?
