I voted no 5 seconds after it opened this morning. I hope that you do the same! This T/A can not pass, do not let yourself be bullied into a yes vote on this abomination!

The only gains are for TK Flight Instructors. LCA’s are getting massively hosed on this T/A, line pilots are getting massively hosed and especially reserves.

Pilots holding a line will be reassigned into oblivion with no safeguards, the crew desk will run wild. Reserves prepare to be further abused.

And LCA’s with the new override by the leg only instead of the trip you will be making less than before. Deadhead 4 hours to EWR do a line check to IAD and DH home, congrats, you’ve made an extra $57 USD for a two day trip!

Do you really want the headache and massive liability that comes with being an LCA for less pay than the pathetic override you’re making now?

These are just a few of the lowlights of this TA.

Amen brothers and sisters! Let’s tank this deal! Voted NO, tried to listen to the T.H. Today and was scaring the birds out of my backyard from yelling at my IPAD. Will have a subtle yet sustained stress in life until we see this go down in flames. Please for Pete’s sake vote NO!
