Absolutely have then done before you show up. They take quite a long time. Do the HR crap first and start the systems stuff one week before your class date so it is fresh in your mind. I think that technically you have until the end of the first week, but getting them done before you get there will give you the opportunity to review your notes and prepare for the next day while you are in the hotel at night.
