It didn’t take me long to catch on after a few Captains with a capital C would tell the company to pound sand if it wasn’t in the contract. I’ve known plenty of Marvins coming from the regionals as well who were “happy to be at Mother U vs their old company”. Just saying you please don’t lump all military into one. I’ve seen good and bad from both in 27 yrs here.
