EASK was a measurement of respective flying based on the size of the aircraft. Simple example is AF could park a A380 and add two 787’s without triggering a requirement for more Delta flying. In fact AF parked all their A380 and 747’s. Using block hours meant that replacing that A380 with two flights meant Delta had to add a flight.
I don’t know a single UAL pilot voting yes. I am going to call it 81% no vote in the pool.
