Despite the two TAs that were signed this year regarding the retention bonuses and now the increased pay, for the folks that have left PSA, where did they land?
Does your MEC provide a breakdown of where pilots are moving on to? Number of pilots who flowed to AA vs. the number of pilots who left for a competitor?
