Uh...or was it that winds in LGA were in the 20s gusting to 40s the past 2 days, they were only operating on 31, out to offs were running 1+hour, on to ins were running 1-3 hours? That place doesn't work well on 1 runway, especially if its 31, which is doubly bad for us.
