1st year as you know is just to get them to cross the line and get a year or two or three before they’re caught, cleaned and fried ready for your Brown waters or Purple Kool aid. For the rest of us the compensation isn’t terrible with the opportunity to pile on a few more clams and a few other ways not to burn out not easily found everywhere. No real optimizer, more like a demoralizer for some. Definitely a niche outfit and it’s all about priorities. Can’t have three mortgages, new avionics in your 2nd plane, 2 X’s on the payroll and four in college with the other two 30yr olds still living with you. Our $ doesn’t jingle, jingle, it folds - your $ stacks!
