I'm curious as to what this is defined as in the mind of management. The last several classes have has 10% or more no-shows based on the first day roster.

Every airline has no shows especially in todays hiring climate. People get multiple job offers and they take the one that beat suits them. Sometimes that means keeping other offers as a backup. Nothing new.

Alright Dave Ramsey it’s not always black and white. Pilots finishing up first year pay, emergency expenses and unplanned contingencies. It’s not just folks buying planes and boats on their days off.
