I don’t mean new hires. I specifically meant those who did their year prior to vote starting. So almost 4 months of newly formed full members not getting a say. I know of multi year pilots coming back off leave that can’t even vote. And now we extended the vote. I’m personally fine with HW waiting.
Right, so now with this delay, it's going to be hundreds of full wing pilots not able to vote. I think there is time for a rule change on that.
