My family often meets me places when it looks like I can’t get home (much less of a problem I’m sure at Omni) and I see Omni pilots and family get United benefits. Yes. You actually can be flown anywhere whether it's on the "list" or not. As long as the ticket is the same price or less than your "go home" ticket. And they prob won't buy you a hotel if it's at a later time or something like that. You can request alternate travel to or from work. Again, as along as it doesn't cost more.
