You have to understand what you are looking at . The article that CNBC was referring was an article ranking airlines on performance rankings . On time arrivals, cancellations , delays etc etc . The yahoo article is another ranking list about “passenger comfort” and airline product etc .
Any ranking list that is going to be about actual performance metrics . Expect JB to be pretty low on that list . Any list measuring an actual airline product and customer satisfaction, etc .. You can expect JB to usally be towards the top .
