It all depends on how well the pilot group uses their leverage which this cycle is huge and a must-pass JCBA magnifies it even more. In this environment there is absolutely no reason to expect the JCBA to contain less than the very best features of both the B6 and NK contracts PLUS a very healthy pay scale increase. If the pilots group settles for less, it’s on them, not management.
