I believe the union has a moral and legal obligation to treat ALL pilots in the group fairly. Bargaining for the more senior pilots but leaving compensation for new hires up to management does not do that.
I didn't imply that, at all. You heard what you wanted to hear. My goal and yours are the same. Our strategy to get there is different in this specific environment.
