Are you too blind to see that your model isn’t working? And are you too callus about your fellow pilots to see this isn’t fair to the new guys? The union is responsible to look after them too, not use them as hostages in the bargaining.
I do have a simple question. What are you willing to give up for the other 95%+ of the NK pilot group to give the 1st year guys a raise?
