Quick movement is basically the main reason people come over. I just hope hiring CFIs isn’t their actual staffing strategy because that’s kind of scary, most I’ve seen are former RJ FOs and DECs
Being a DEC with a 172 CFI as a FO seems like a recipe for a flight violation. Maybe Breeze wants it that way because now your stuck.
