This is the company culture and it is a positive direction for the airline.
If a CPS pilot is upset because he/she jumped the gun and went to CPS and is now stuck there, that's he/she's problem. They made that decision, and now they have to live with it. If they have an issue with that then I guess they need to get over themselves.

The bottom line is that CPS pilots are not NWA pilots. They can't fly mainline airplanes, and they don't train at NATCO. To intergrate them into the seniority list is silly.
