To put the degree of this into context, a 2014 hire hit 50% in year 10; a 2001 hire took 20+ years to hit 50%.

Took me 15 years, 3 bankruptcies and a furlough just to get to 100% and start all over at the bottom. Again.
Why are so many here convinced the only pain in the industry post 9/11 was at PMNW and PMDL?
