For PIC, I used my Instructor hours plus 90% of my MP time (figuring I was the "in command" at least 90% of the tim). For SIC, I took my total time in that aircraft minus PIC and other time. I got this technique from other military heavy drivers. Also, APC has some mil to civ excel spreadsheets in their downloads section that might help.
