Critical Mass will depend on the partners willingness to accept Mesa requests for flying reductions. Eventually it’ll be unsustainable. However the attrition spike was still in March. Nothing has exceeded that month as of yet. Sr guys were not leaving. With the defeat of the TA and lack of meaningful response by the company - they now are leaving. Resignations have not been tendered but they are coming. The only reason they haven’t yet is that those hiring are back logged and so the start dates are a ways out.
