No more AQP recurrent-- I cant think of a single sub 1k FO staying for upgrade here due to this (among many other reasons)
Alot of long time mesa CA's ive recently flown with are out the door in the coming months due to the above


Absolutely zero reason any new hire should come here. Even goJet for commute air would be a step up and that is saying alot
