300 to 400 planes isn’t that much movement. And in those five years under Indigoo we still wouldn’t have had a JCBA. Just 25% larger seniority list all hired at 1000-1500 hours that you have to babysit.
Maybe the hiring stats won’t be different w JetBlue but at least you’ll be getting paid nicely for the babysitting
Not to be rude but anyone that still is looking for quick movement you may still get it Frontier. If you really think the ULCC model can work at scale in this country they are hiring. I’m pretty sure it cannot so if I wanted movement as my sole reason to pick an airline I’d be picking American.
