Not that im defending horrible customer service, but we have a TON of new ops and gate agents that just don't get it. If they give you crap about WB or "Wait till the end" etc, get the attention of the flight crew.

I think the issue is the CEO along with most of the C suits hatred towards pilots. That trickles down at headquarters. Have you ever gone to the GO wearing your uniform?
