I think the issue is the CEO along with most of the C suits hatred towards pilots. That trickles down at headquarters. Have you ever gone to the GO wearing your uniform?

Why would I want to get tripped and thrown in a locker like high school bullying? Because that's about the maturity level of how GO employees treat us.

Weird, I’ve never experienced that at the GO.
