I’m about to start IOE. Have a question regarding reserve and regular lines. How often do lines have you coming back to your base for overnights? Is is often? or are you typically RON elsewhere where the company puts you up in a hotel? Trying to get an idea on whether I should get a pad or get a hotel for the nights I’m back in base while on a trip.
In the year+ that I’ve been here. I have yet to overnight in base. You’re typically always going to an outstation for the night, and the only time you will get a hotel in base is if that flight to your outstation cancels or you time out in base.
