Spirit right now has gotten pretty bad for new hires, the training here is really bad, reserve times are close to a year in most bases. You will get used pretty much every day, and once you finally get a line the entire month is red so you can’t drop anything. On top of that everybody in my class and classes ahead of me are getting rebased to have to go to recurrent 4 months early, due to short FO staffing. All of that while making terrible pay. Meanwhile management is doing zero to curb attrition.
