On top of that everybody in my class and classes ahead of me are getting rebased to have to go to recurrent 4 months early, due to short FO staffing. All of that while making terrible pay. Meanwhile management is doing zero to curb attrition.

I am not disagreeing with you that it’s not an ideal place to be if you are junior and unfortunately the fo’s that are sitting in reserve forever could have had better reserve rules if most of the pilot group hadn’t sold our good reserve rules in the last contract. I am curious as to what you think us 50+ year olds who have been here 10+ years should do? For most of us this isn’t our first or even second airline. We’ve been furloughed/downgraded etc, so starting over again for the 10 years or so I have left isn’t exactly my idea of fun. I also agree that management is doing nothing, they have already check out. We will rightfully continue to have an attrition problem until management decides to do something about it.
