Even if you agree, correctly, that SWA isn’t a legacy per definition, nobody considers them a Legacy in this career when saying “I’m going to a legacy”

DOT defined legacy airlines:AA, DL, UAL,AK and HI
Pilot referencing a “Legacy” in career context: AA DL or UAL
