Breeze management is filing litigation against ALPA because they don’t want their pilots unionized. They would not be doing that if they thought having a pilot union would cost less.

It was just getting started but could've been whatever the pilots decided they wanted it to be. No different than SWAPA when they started.

Just because management doesn't want the pilots unionized doesn't mean it can't be beneficial for both parties. Running things through the middleman (ALPA) requires a large amount of extra time and money that could be saved by keeping things in house.

Sure am. Everyone that voted is either a captain or in the right seat by choice. Some guys fly 10-11 days a month and credit 85-90 hours and some pick up extra flying for 300%. There are plenty of instances of pilots making north of 30K a month. In addition, every pilot gets an extra $2k each month which can be used tax free for work related expenses or cashed out if you choose not to use it.
