It's not your job to give breeze a chance through having no representation or access to union resources to better your compensation and benefits! You're ALREADY giving breeze a huge chance by just being there during the biggest hiring wave in 25 yrs! That's already a huge career risk and concession!! You ought to be well compensated for every seniority number at another carrier you are giving up every day!
