Well that’s what I was saying in my previous post. The question isn’t how to attract regional pilots at this point. It’s hard to attract CFIs. Even the legacies are asking themselves this question right now. You all have much more leverage than you think.
They are banking on the reduction of Regional airline flying and taking their routes and preferably their pilots as well as prospective pilots. Just like always, pay goes up when they can only get 2 people to show up for class. Last I heard classes have been full and growing.
