Hmm. I’m losing the case with CS right now. I have called two separate times and opened a case using the new Crew Assist app. So far I have 3 different answers: 1). Possible 23M implementation; 2) my name wasn’t on the Trip Coverage report … don’t know why; and 3) I already had 2 GS’s and the Jr pilot was on #1.

I have already submitted an ACE for this, but I was hoping to get it resolved in my own.
