Hmm. I’m losing the case with CS right now. I have called two separate times and opened a case using the new Crew Assist app. So far I have 3 different answers: 1). I have already submitted an ACE for this, but I was hoping to get it resolved in my own.
Did you put the trip into the rules auditor. That should be step one when denied a award.
Edit: Reading the contract it appears a OOBGS would count against your total however I have been awarded a second GS many times in that situation. Talk to the union.
