All applicants that do not meet the specified hiring minimums need to have their application and interview scores reviewed by the Chief Pilot. Hiring has slowed at Mesaba from what it was last summer/fall when a lot of "low-time" pilots were able to join the seniority list. Your times now are much closer to our advertised minimums of 600/50. Taking what you learned at the last interview, some additional flight experience and another chance, I think your odds are much better of being hired this time around. Being qualified is one part, having a personality that will mesh with the Mesaba culture is another. Give us another try this summer and see what happens.
I would caution you to look at the landscape at that time though. Mesaba may not be the best choice for career progression come this summer as you will be at the tail end of the big hiring wave. Other regionals may offer a better upgrade/pay/QOL for you at that time. Keep your options open.
Good Luck!
