Reference the below in red. Its not a matter of staple as its trying to extend the olive branch to you and your ego is blocking you from noticing it. I am being real in my posts but evidently you just either want a flame fest or your just bitter i cant tell. I may be a regional pilot turned legacy pilot but i know where i came from and i hope to change things eventually and get rid of he stigma you continue to push for some reason. Before I left XJT, I started to see changes in the CAL and XJT relationship since CAL has hired so many XJT pilots and i hope that can and will happen on the red tail side of things.

The real point of my post and of Superpilot is that getting stapled to a seniority list of NWA is far better than the current flowthrough program. According to the current flowthrough program, you are not even eligible until you have been with Compass at least 30 months. We have guys at Mesaba already flowing to NWA, but they start at the bottom of the NWA list.
