Hey folks….got the in-person invitation few days ago, for mid-September, though I’m working every single one of the offered days. Trying to get that sorted, but not looking good for now, and of course the 60-day clock is ticking. Don’t suppose anyone here would know how flexible the hiring department might be with regards to that or even whether there’s a chance of interview dates in early October?
Also, what kind of coals should one expect to be raked over for the in-person these days?

You’ll have the 7 minute CRM scenario. Use your resources, make a decision by the time the clock runs up and debrief what you could do better. Then the logbook review will be one on one with a Pilot. Expect Why SWA? and some TMAATs. The logbook portion of the logbook review is pretty much just showing the numbers they asked for, but I’m sure you’ll have to answer for any failures. Overall, I was more comfortable than in the virtual. The CRM portion could be pretty shocking depending on your background if you don’t do any prep.
