You have a very good point. I will have to carefully weigh the options of staying (if the pay is less) and just racking up hours as quickly as possible since I am already actively flying versus the time delay of going through training at another Regional and then not flying for 3-4 months. It really is a tough call that will require some careful math.

As far as moving, that is not much of an issue. The wife and I bought a large RV for our move to Boise and moving is as simple as putting a thousand dollars of diesel in the tank. I wanted to live in base during the climb up the airline ladder and my wife works remotely, so we positioned ourselves to be mobile.
