FWIW at least for the moment I don't plan on electing to flow to NW. That may change, but for now my intent is to stay at CP. NW just isn't in my career plan. (OK go ahead and laugh, I said "airline" and "career plan" in the same sentence)

Although greatly in the minority, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
