Found my pw for my account just to reply to this. I filed a grievance with the union because new hires junior to me were being awarded a base that I had a standing bid for. The grievance rep basically came back and said I didn't have a case because the CBA allows new hires to bid in seniority order for vacancies. I told him great, I agree, that language is under system bid so why wasn't their a system bid or supplemental system bid ran for those vacancies. He replied back going well we can't expect them to run a system bid every time there's a new hire class. These guys are completely worthless and it's our own fault.
