The sympathy strike arrangement is far superior to going it alone. There's a very good reason why the same provision was not written into our first, or any subsequent, CBA.

following that path of knowing history, remember the AA strike of 97. It lasted all of a couple of hours. The railway labor act gives us or any other major airline no teeth. If we somehow went on strike or UPS went on strike it would last a couple of hours. The president, regardless of party affiliation, would sign an executive order putting us back to work before we even left AOC.
